Hippy Game: Dice...

 Game Name: Dice Duel

Objective:

To match or exceed the tally set by the initial single die roll using the remaining dice.

Setup:

Each player has three dice.

The game can be played with two or more players.

A scoresheet to keep track of each player's points.

Rules:

Initial Roll:

Each player rolls one die to set an initial tally. This initial roll determines the target number they need to match or exceed.

Secondary Rolls:

Each player then rolls their remaining two dice.

The sum of these two dice is compared to the initial tally set by the single die roll.

Scoring:

If the sum of the two dice equals or exceeds the initial tally, the player scores points equal to the sum of all three dice.

If the sum of the two dice is less than the initial tally, the player scores zero points for that round.

Rounds:

Play continues for a predetermined number of rounds or until a target score is reached.

Winning:

The player with the highest total score at the end of all rounds wins the game.

Example:

Player 1 Initial Roll: Rolls a 4.

Player 1 Secondary Rolls: Rolls a 3 and a 2.

Sum of the secondary rolls: 3 + 2 = 5.

Since 5 is greater than 4, Player 1 scores points.

Total score for the round: 4 + 3 + 2 = 9.

Player 2 Initial Roll: Rolls a 5.

Player 2 Secondary Rolls: Rolls a 1 and a 3.

Sum of the secondary rolls: 1 + 3 = 4.

Since 4 is less than 5, Player 2 scores zero points for this round.

Variations:

Bonus Points: Award bonus points if the sum of the two dice exactly matches the initial tally.

Penalty Points: Deduct points if the sum of the two dice is significantly less than the initial tally (e.g., by a margin of 3 or more).

Double Down: Allow players to double their score for a round if they roll doubles on their secondary rolls.

This custom game combines elements of chance and strategy, offering a fun and competitive experience for players.
